Project Manager Training

Training is provided to the project manager in all aspects of the program include: program installation and maintenance, backup of data, report creation, setting up users and their permissions, all components and any features related to the final product in order to successfully deploy, use and maintain the solution.

System Administrator Technical Training

This training focuses on the user who will be maintaining and updating the data and system. It offers fundamentals to explain the in-depth information related to software and application components. It includes the understanding of setting up users, roles, reports, and various look up tables. At its conclusion the administrator will be capable of managing all aspects of the system including trouble shooting.

Power User Technical Training

End User

End User Training

This training is typically held in an informal manner. Held in 1 day sessions, the Inspectors are trained on using search criteria, review input forms, inspections, attachments and appropriate reports. This training focuses on tasks to be accomplished by the user and avoids technical details.

General Staff Training

This training is typically held in an informal manner. Held in 1 day sessions, end users are walked through the functions of querying, and generating reports. This training focuses on tasks to be accomplished by the user and avoids technical details.
